Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized and personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@senzajewels.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photo of the item

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

  3. Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.

  • Please securely package the jewelry; we are not responsible for damage in transit.

4. Eligible Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund amount will include the item price only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

  • If the item is not in original condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be denied.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different size (if available).

  • To exchange, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

  • We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a replacement or full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may not be eligible if the order has already shipped.
